Returns & Exchanges

At LVW Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your fit; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, items must be unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for all eligible exchanges and refunds.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
